Fill it in once, completely, and you're done: you'll get an immediate confirmation with a reference number, and an initial editorial decision within 7 business days when volume permits. If we need more information, you have 5 business days to respond before the submission pauses.

Author submission terms

These terms govern every submission to Happy Book Mail, whether editorial (free) or sponsored (paid). Submitting means you accept them.

  • No guarantee. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, placement, praise, a rating, clicks, or sales. There are no public star ratings on Happy Book Mail and we do not sell reviews.
  • Truthfulness. You attest that the metadata you provide (tags, prices, availability, links) is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you hold the rights (or have permission) for every asset you supply (cover, blurb, excerpts, graphics).
  • Editorial independence. Paying for a sponsored placement never guarantees editorial praise or bypasses our quality, honesty, and safety review. Sponsored sections are permanently and clearly labeled in email and archive versions.
  • Privacy. We use your contact details only to communicate about your submission and, where applicable, your campaign and its report. See our privacy notice. You can request export or deletion at any time.
  • Corrections & takedown. If a fact we published about your book is wrong, we correct it. If a rights dispute arises over any asset, we remove the affected content pending resolution.
  • Commercial terms. Any paid package, placement, or service is agreed in a separate written order (insertion order) stating deliverables, dates, fee, approval steps, cancellation, make-good, and reporting limits. Payment during the validation stage is by invoice; hosted checkout may be offered later for standardized products.
  • Prohibited content. We do not accept impersonation, plagiarism, deceptive claims, or content marketed to minors. We launch for adult readers only.
